Your rights regarding the collection of personal information vary depending on where you are located. Your information regarding use is as follows:

  • Marketing. If you do not want to receive marketing emails to your email address to promote or recommend our services, or third parties’ products or services, you can opt-out by replying to any promotional email we have sent you or following the unsubscribe link on that message. This opt-out option does not apply to information resulting in a business transaction with us.

  • Accessing, Updating and Deleting Your Information. If you have an account with us, you may have the ability to access your information and make updates to or delete your data. You will also receive a phone call from one of our senior advisors to verify your identity, in addition to your online request and information.


We will make our best efforts to respond to a verifiable consumer request within thirty (30) days of receipt. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. We will deliver our written response to the email address from which you submit it. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.


Non-Discrimination
